With the stresses of life, it is easy to set up camp in places that feel safe and predictable. We often avoid making changes because of fear, doubt and hesitancy. As a consequence, we become bored, lack drive and wonder why we have no access to joy. We also lose vitality and then expend energy trying to manage the frustrations that arise from being disconnected from meaning and purpose.
